A brief summary of the design process.
I
The first design phase is an information gathering phase and results in a Program. We summarize the client’s requirements and incorporate these in a visual sketch illustration. Lot’s of back- and forth and brainstorming.

We begin the process of translating the Program into an efficient design. This is when we start exploring design concepts and the project is most fluid. We ask clients to be engaged and approve of the creative outcome before work proceeds. If the project is about Creative Concept Development only, the final product is called an Art Impression and ends here.

The Design Development stage allows us to dive into details. The floorplan, building exterior, materials, FF&E (Fixtures, Furnitures and Equipment) and the door&window schedule will be finalized in this phase. MEP & Structural could be provided on request.
IV
The complete drawing set communicate all construction details, fixtures, materials, finishes, and/or shopdrawings to the contractor in order to build accordingly.
